I have been coming here for over 6 years. Mindy and Kim do a wonderful job. I get compliments on my nails all the time.

I used to get my nails done here all the time, but recently they have no time. They need more technicians to handle the business. Service industries are supposed to want your business not push you away. I am also discouraged not being able to communicate what services I would like.

It was a very nice clean shop. I had Whiskey, who did a phenomenal job. Unfortunately, he was also doing 3 other people at the same time, so he jumped from person to person. So the visit took over an hour. Since I was on vacation, it was all good though.

Luxury Nail & Spa is BY FAR the best nail and spa I have ever been too and I have been to a lot of nail places. They are very gentle. Other places sometimes file to hard when preparing your nails for a full set of acrylic nails but the artists at Luxury Nails are always carful and concerned about your comfort. The prices are good and the nail art is phenomenal! The employees are all very friendly and fun. They make you feel WELCOME from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave. They are not snooty and rude like other places I've been to in the lake area. They are just an all around great place go!! I highly recommend Luxury Nail & Spa!! :D :D

This nail place does a good job (excellent actually) but they take sooooooooooooo long to do your nails. I think they need more people working there.
