We all use 365-CABS to get us home!

Blew 2 hours of my life, on my bachelor party weekend, waiting for these idiots who were "10 minutes away" the whole time. Yeah right. Learn how to run a business and provide customer service.

NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY We were in Osage Beach this weekend for the St Pattys day short bus shuffle. Called the cab company asked if they went to Sunrise beach and how long they ran. I was told until 3am and they would pick us up at our condo in Osage and bring us to Sunrise beach and back. We called Saturday evening around 7 picked us up and brought us to Cannon saloon, charged us $48 a little high but better than a DUI. Called at 12:00 told dispatch where we were she said we don't go there and hung up tried to call back several times to tell them they brought us here but must have screened my call and would not answer. For luck another cab company waiting at the bar brought us home charged us $36 . If I could give negative stars I would.

Be careful of when you call. My friend and I called during the off season when we were on vacation, and we were made to feel un-welcomed and un-safe. Not to mention the rates were off the charts for a 5 minute cab ride. Next time we won't be using this company for our rides.

Outrageous! We called to get from City Grill/Blue Room to 4 seasons. When he arrived all you could smell was cigar smoke. Then he charged us $60! And when i told him that was robbery, he said if we didn't pay it he would call the police. I felt like we were the ones who should call the police but my husband paid it.

I called their office to complain and the man i spoke with was rude.

I then called 4 other cab companies at the lake and all of them charge 1/2 as much except lake cabs... but they were still cheaper.
