I took in my computer to have my data recovered from the hard drive. After calling 5 times and waiting 2 months, we decided to come pick up our lab top ... When we got home we discovered the hard drive was missing. I went back the next day and had to file a police report due to this bafoons negligence. I lost years worth of pictures and important files. Please do yourself a favor and take your computer to a competent computer tech. This is indeed the worst service I have ever had at any business in my entire life!!!!!
