DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I purchased an anchor setup for my 30 ft. boat from West Marine for $100 and the first time that I anchored my boat the shackle that they sold me to hold the anchor to the chain broke and I lost my anchor. When I called and spoke with the manager about it she told me that she would look into it and call me back and let me know what they could do. I waited two days with no reply back from her. So I called back and asked to speak with her yet again and she then told me that there is nothing that she could do that once there products left the store they weren t responsible for them. DON T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY DON T WARRANTY WHAT THEY SELL AND THEY DON T STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS SINCE THEY ARE NOT OF GOOD QUALITY!!!
