I purchased an odes utv in august of 2015 from Surdykes. I questioned the quality of the machine because i have never heard of the brand and after inspection, i found a large stamp on the side that states "made in china". The silver tongued sales manager, Zach verbally promised that if i bought the machine, he would return my money if i got it home, rode it, and didnt like it. I purchased the Odes and did just that. As soon as i unloaded it at my house, i noticed the 4x4 wasnt working. I took it back and they fixed it and asked me to give the machine another try. I then took it out again right after it was fixed. The machine overheated 30 minutes into the ride. I then limped it back to the trailer and went straight to Surdykes. Needless to say, Zach's promise was conveniently forgotten when i asked for my money back and i had to resort to trying to contact the owner, Greg to resolve the issue. The promise was never fulfilled by sales staff or the owner.

Impossible to deal with. Tries to sell product over MSRP ( adding freight & prep) then negotiates to MSRP. A true "used car" type experience



Owner and sales rep treated a prospective buyer like an idiot. Claimed no knowledge of manufacturer incentives (in this case $1000 of accessories - which he said was valid on 2011 models only), then offered that same incentives as negotiation to close the deal. It was confirmed calling another dealership that these incentives from Yamaha were offered on 2012 models.



If looking to buy a new Yamaha Boat - would recommend shop multiple dealers in the region.



From an inegrity standpoint wonder how well they would handle any warranty or service issues

Me and my buds came down form st.louis to have fun on the Lake and not blow all of our money. The crew at Surdykes gave me great prices new waverunners and pontoon boat and didnt overcharge like other companies we have rented from. They are polite and want their customers to have fun. we did! and we will be back for sure. thx
