We just arrived home after stopping in for a couple of items we needed. Usually we are treated very well by the staff however there is one particular older man who was very rude & my husband told me he is always like that. At the conclusion of our transaction he threw my husband’s card n receipt across the counter at him. I had nicely mentioned that it is rude to throw a customer’s things that you are supposed to hand it back. Anywhere I have worked that is how we were directed to behave. Instead of apologizing he simply responded with a nonchalant attitude about being in a hurry n not everyone is trained that way. All of the other associates are top notch so I am in no way bashing NAPA. It’s unfortunate to be treated poorly when you go in to spend your money somewhere. I hope this problem is addressed.
