This facility is HORRIBLE. My mother had been with them for about 3 years. Had 5 strokes resulting in the need for her to be in a hell hole like this facility. Until my mother fell while outside the facility and sustained a massive head injury and spent 2 months in the hospital and rehab. They were willing to work with her on her special diet and such. After THEY DEEMED HER good enough to go back it was a complete 360 of a difference. Everything was a problem. Getting her meds was a problem, her diet was a problem, getting her places was a problem. They told her she couldn't leave her room! They then 4 months since my mom had been back before kicking her out went behind her entire family and got a doctor to deem her incompetent and said she couldn't speak for herself much less so anything for herself. They kicked her out a few weeks later. The staff including the "administrator" are VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with the administrator to be yelled at for 10 of those minutes for her to get even louder with me when I yelled back for her NOT to yell at me. I was trying to get things situated before I sued their dumbasses. All they want is money. They don't care. They don't have proper staff to take care of everyone there. As soon as someone dies or leaves what's left of that person's is given to other residents, probably taken home for themselves, or thrown out like trash. Money hungry and don't care about really taking care of these people. Disgustingly unprofessionalism and so condescending to families. They love to be rude and hang up or not answer at all too!!

Staff are very caring, professional and go beyond their duty of needs. My grandmother was here at this facility for about a year and called it home. Noticed the assisted living side seems to be more of its own facility than with the nursing home together. The facility is clean and the meals were home cooked.
