We attended this daycare for just over 2 years. Our experiences with it were great until our provider went from in-home to a center. Once the center opened we had multiple issues with billing. Not only did we not receive a statement, there were multiple times our bill was miscalculated. At one point we were overcharged a few hundred dollars, when we brought this to the owner's attention she became very upset and began yelling at us. Later she came to realize that she had indeed overcharged us. This was not an isolated incident. We had asked to sit down and discuss our bill with her numerous times and always got the same response. She would either became very offended and state that we did not appreciate her, or she would began yelling. I do believe that this center takes good care of the children, however, the professionalism is very poor and there seems to be no organization when it comes to the billing process.
