I have used this walk-in clinic three times. In every instance, the desk staff has been helpful. The medical staff has diagnosed my problems quickly and treated them properly. They have done so with courtesy and concern for me. When I read the other comments here, I was shocked. Cannot imagine which staff they encountered or for what. I do suggest that people remember this is a walk-in clinic. For more serious stuff, go directly to the emergency room at Tawas.

I can't believe that they even call this a walk in Clinic. All they do is send you to the ER in Tawas.

The nurses at this doctor's office are rude. They are also very lazy. It takes months for anything to get done, and they treat you like they are better than you are. Very bad phone skills, as well. Anyone can get a nursing degree, perhaps they need to be reminded.
