At first they were very nice. We test drive a car we liked and started talking number. We already knew what our bank could do for us. They came in with a monthly payment over 70 dollars more then my bank. So we just wanted to go through our bank. They will not call you back. I had to call many times just to get a voicemail message and not to get a call back. When it came down to buying the car there was no negotiating it was there price and I had to finance with them to get the best deal they can give me. Which I should have a choice who I give my money to for my car. And know after buying the car my bank has been haven problems with them not returning paper work they need back and they think its funny laughing at the banker. This place is a joke not very helpful and not very respectful.
