been trying to get a bumper replaced under warranty but keep getting ran around. its been almost a year!

i agree with these reviews, nice products but horrible service!!! Product is taking a long time to ship with no up dates from shipping department. They advertise these products on there web site, but have to get the product from there so called "supplier". You guys know how frustrating it is when you are looking forward to putting some chrome on your ride before you hit the BIG road and you have to deal with this bull !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! You have been warned.

NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS--- first it was shipped to wrong address and I was asked to drive around to find it then when it was found (a day later) it was the wrong visor, we called and they told us that it was the wrong picture on the website so after 2 weeks we finally got the right one but had to pay more shipping charges! now trying to send back the first wrong one they expect us to pay for the pick up charges for UPS! these people are not helpful and expect you to take care of everything they screw up, I would NEVER order from them again!!!!

terrible customer service, lack of product information, products took a long time to ship with no up dates from shipping department. Don't expect a call back when they say they will. Do you self a favor shop local from a reputable parts supplier. In my opinion one star is rating is to high. if you think your getting a deal your not run for the hills.

horrible customer service!

Save your self the frustration and the overpriced shipping charges, go with iowa-80 instead. Customer service is awful and they don't guarantee items to ship in a timely manner even when paying extra for UPS. Don't make the same mistake I did!
