WORST experience I have ever had renting out a house. I have lived in multiple rentals, and this by far was the worst. Jody was our landlord and she was completely unprofessional and rude! No idea how she even got hired to do such work. When we came for our initial walk-thru of the house rental to see if we wanted it or not, there were some things we asked to be taken care of so we wouldn't get blame. Dog pee all over carpet and a hole in the wood floor. She said these would be fixed and they never were. THEN when our lease was up, she blamed us for those things. Also, the place was never cleaned before we moved in. It was summertime and walking around the hard wood floors bare foot, my feet were black afterwards. Unreal. Disgusting. When I asked to speak to her boss, she refused to give me his information, so I needed to do some research and find out who the owner actually was. 6 months of arguing before I got part of sec. dep back bitching to the owner. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
