I called and they were there within 10 mins. The young man that was driving was a pleasure to have as a cab driver

Asked cab company to fax a receipt of services for work purposes. The fax did not go thru on my end. Called them to ask to resend and they told me that they will not do it because, "that do not have time." Then hung up.

The dispatcher was so very very rude, and the wait time of 5-10 minutes was actually 35 minutes. And when I called him to ask why it was so late, he said it'll get there when it'll get there, and hung up on me. Ridiculous.



At least the driver seamed like a decent guy,

The dispatcher was EXTREMELY rude and the wait time was unreasonably long.

Where to even start....1 lady tht takes calls has poor customer service...rare to get a friendly driver the wait time is rediculous....
