Needs a Second Chance...

I would agree with some of these reviews BUT.............



I would have to agree with all of these reviews but......I have been going to family video as a regular now for going on two years, and I would have to say regularly as maybe 3-4 times a week. Initially I saw HUGE customer service issues and the same problems mentioned by other reviews here, but as the employees began to get to know me and my kids as the regular clientelle that we are, those began to change and we were treated differently and we began to see a change in alot of things noticeably I might add. I believe they might just need a little more time while they are making the changes they are making or perhaps a second chance, we all deserve at least that much right, as we ALL have made mistakes, some of us huge ones, I can speak for myself when I say I have made some of those in my own era! lol........at any rate, I have seen a definate improvement and definately are treated now like we should have been in the first place and that is something that we have mentioned a number of times, and is something management is striving to aspire to with every customer right away, not with longstanding financial ties with Family Video.
