Can't express how great my experience was with Brian at HM&BB. He was upfront & honest, professional, kind, and got my car fixed in an incredibly timely manner. He went above and beyond and out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, and still kept it affordable for me. I would definitely recommend HM&BB. I know I'll be coming back whenever I'm in need of servicing & maintenance. Thanks Brian!

One star is automatic requirement on this review, but Harvey doesn't deserve even one. Hope Brian is more professional and honest. Worst experience here ever. Charged $220 for a restocking fee when I decided not to proceed with repairs when Harvey changed the estimate after he ordered the engine, however the engine never was delivered to him confirmed by Diamond Auto Sales in Fond du lac. However was still charged this fee and taxed on it too. Worst automotive service. And he threatened to file a report that I was not providing routine autocare to my lies holder, go ahead, really? A threat? ....good luck to your business

So far the best shop I've been to. Brian was very courteous and flexible in scheduling and getting the work done quickly. (I will say they are a small operation so sometimes it can be tough to get in, but the service is worth the wait.) He had the worn parts to show me and was happy to discuss the work completed and show the new parts on the vehicle. They are the type of shop that will assess your needs instead of just the blanket "replace it" approach found at most places.

very fair and polite guys...was impressed with their work and honesty and willingness to show the parts they replaced as well as the new ones they installed. I'm happy to say i have finally found a permanent shop to take my car. =)

HM&BB Installations is GREAT! They take great care of your car as well as you. Harvey is super polite and honest about what needs to be done with your car, and doesn't take shortcuts. SUPERB work both foreign and domestic. I will continue taking my Audi there for many years to come. Oh yeah, the prices are very competitive too!
