Worst Bus Company Ever!!! Bus 590. So they have all the information that they needed for picking up and dropping off my 4 year old.B The first day they failed to pick her up. I call and talk to Sherry and she apologizes for the mistake, sees that they in fact do have the correct information but she didn't see it. She assures me that she will correct the issue. I get it, mistakes happen... so the very next day they then proceed to drop her off at the WRONG location so once again I call and get an apology and that she will speak with the bus driver and once again assures me that it will be taken care of. Okay, at least an adult was there to get her and it's Friday so hopefully things will go smoothly next week. So the next time bus 590 needs to pick her up is Tuesday. Her pick up time is at 11:45 and she is the last one to get on the bus, or was supposed to be. The idiot picks up my 4 year old from care at 11 am! This meant not only did they make her sit on the bus for an hour they also forced her to miss lunch so once again I call and speak with Sherry who once again apologizes, assures me that Elsa should have been the last pick up and it was the bus driver who decided to pick her up and that he can't do that. Sherry says she will speak with him and make sure he understands. Which brings us to today. I receive an email from care saying that the bus picked her up at 11:15! So beyond pissed! I met the bus at school and demanded my child. He asks who I was and releases her off the bus. What if it hadn't been me? He had no idea who I was but he still allowed a 4 year old under his care to be removed from the bus. My daughter LOVES school but now she is unable to go because she can't get to school safely. I spoke with the woman in charge of busing with the school district who proceeded to tell me that because they have a shortage of drivers I should allow her to be transported anyway. They are refusing to change her bus, so to sum it all up they DON'T GIVE A SHIT

My husband is on a trip to Florida right now with a bus full of high school kids. Not only does their bus not have wifi as requested, but the DVD player has no sound. It is 2015, every bus should have wifi, and the DVD player should be checked before every trip.
