Great customer service! We discovered very early on a Saturday morning that our water heater went out. We were leaving for the day, and no one would be home. We called and left a message at Ludwig's plumbing, within 30 minutes they had called us back. They were extremely accommodating. We left our back door unlocked, and by the time we returned the house was locked and our water was hot again! Ludwig's plumbing definitely came through for us early on a Saturday morning and there was NO CHARGE for an emergency call!!! We highly recommend calling Ludwig's Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs, they are friendly, efficient, accommodating, and the work is exceptional!!!
