I've been going to this cinema since before I could remember. I've never had a single problem until my most recent visit. I walked up to the counter to get my already pre ordered tickets with my 4 friends. The older gentlemen at the counter that helped us was very agitated. I told him I already pre ordered, with my credit card in my hand, he snaps at me and asks "well, why didn't you bring proof"... I handed him my credit card as proof of purchase. He still proceeded to be an absolute dick. He looked over at my friends and stared them up and down, looking disgusted. Threw my tickets down on the counter instead of in my hand that was wide open waiting. He didn't say a single word as we walked away after I thanked him. He continued to stare us down while in line for confessions (Which are outrageously priced). When we were up to order, this guy goes behind the consessions and walks back and forth slowely observing us taking our order. Literally staring us down!! A very nice young gentlemen working the popcorn asks us if we want butter and the old dude started freaking out at his employee because he didn't ask if we wanted extra butter. I felt exteremely uncomfortable the whole time. I don't recommend this theatre anymore!

I go to movies about 2 times a week. And have gone to many different theatres. Other than a milwaukee theatre, Oshkosh is One of the worst theatres I have ever gone too. I live in oshkosh and have to go to appleton to see a movie. It is funny that I see a lot of oshkosh people up there. Is that Telling you anything ? Problems.... The popcorn is not hot and very old. Other theatres make it hot all the time. You people make it hours in advance and let it set in a warmer that does not keep it fresh or hot. Terrible, especially what it costs. Cell phones being used all the time during the movie. Way to much taking. The experience for older adults is not a good one. This is why a lot of older adults dont want to go to the movies anymore. Too expensive and Too many hassles. Bad management. I brought this up to the manager and got the impression that ol well..Go somewhere else then.He had a bad attitude. Not right. Poor business practices. Just thought you'd like to know. Your losing money because of all this. Thanks for listening.
