I had to be seen in Neurology from a referral. Not only have I not been happy with st elizabeth I go to see Dr. JONES and his nurse Diane is the rudest most unprofessional nurse around. Call and phone with remarks that would shock you. He was nice but only wanted to mask symptoms not try and figure anything out. They were so bad it wasn't even a 1 for rating.

you would get the best service from the dr. and the staff.There very concerned with your care and what is best for you , medications, tests, surgery or just a friendly talk. I have upcoming surgery for my back and i'm scared but i know i'm in good hands and i trust him and thats what you need to feel before commiting youself to a surgery or any procedure!!!

I broke my ankle a few weeks ago. I sat in the waiting room in a wheelchair in tears because the pain was so bad, for 45 minutes. Was not even offered a ice pack.

In that time the nurse at the desk took out a mans stitches. Shouldnt getting paitents in who need to see a doctor take priority? Check hurt and sick patients in FIRST, then take out stitches. Or better yet , get them a room and let someone else do it, so you can do your job. Check patients in!
