River place will: - Improperly provide parking to equal the number of residents living on their property. - Tow as many vehicles as possible, the owner has a good relationship with a handful of hicks who work at Jim's Towing. - Send you really passive aggressive threatening notes about eviction for playing board games with your friends Sunday nights at 9pm. -Threaten your eviction if you welcome a pet into your home, (even though they allow pets.) - Leave maintenance incomplete if it is not convenient for months. - Provides the most horrendous internet possible, which is covered as part of your rent. This internet will at times crash and be down for days at a time. The rent is high, the administration is poor. There is a kind Property Manager who does her job well, but the owner is a slum lord, but if you've read anything else about Alexander Bishop in the Oshkosh area, you'll remember that they are all like that. Rent is fair and there's a beautiful courtyard and pool in the back. Great view. Would've loved it here if not for the people running the place.
