This is the worst renting experience our family has had. Started out like a nice place to live and only got increasingly worse over the duration of our lease. Neighbors are horrible and children are out of control. Noise levels are extreme. The walls are paper thin to where people can hear every word being spoken in your home. Don't expect privacy living here. I've heard full conversations of my neighbors just standing in my kitchen or bedroom. Rent is reasonable but not for the problems it comes with. Management does the bare minimum to help tenant issues. Advice given by them are only temporary fixes, and cause more issues than results. Basically all complaints fall on deaf ears. Nice place to live if you are just starting out, but not a place to raise a family. Save yourself a world of trouble and stress and do not live here.

To reply to this review, I lived at Summerfield Place Apartments and LOVED it. The apartment was CLEAN upon moving in and the manager was VERY nice and acommodating. The area is quiet and all of my neighbors were respectful of the time and did not cause a lot of noise.
