Honestly, I had heard mixed reviews of ultimate rides, but when i got there i was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable sales person named Jimmy, who I feel I can trust. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Didn’t make a purchase today, but when I’m ready to pull the trigger on my next car, Jimmy will be my first call!

Great, honest salesman named Jimmy is very knowledgeable & easy to work to find the right car. He makes you feel like a person, not just another sale.

You would be better off going to a junk yard, same quality of cars but a lot better pricing at junk yard. stay away read reviews first, I read reviews and knew I have the knowledge to buy a good car they do not have any walked the lot a couple times to hear lies from sales people, it is quite clear this dealer has a reputation of junk and I see why.

I would have to agree with the other review 0 would be ideal. people took a $12,000 car from me on trade for a truck that was obviously not inspected in any way shape or form. this truck is probably valued at $5,000 at best with all the engine issues, leaking oil and coolant and using it because I had to add some heating issues, it seems like someone disconnected the defrost vents to mask the fact the heater Core is leaking that's probably why top of dash is cracked. tail lights don't work, ( not legal) and one of the lenses was broke, but they took the time to put red tape over it so its not as noticeable , (not legal) licences plate lights don't light, ( (not legal) trailer lights plugin don't work, 1 interior light dont work, 1 light I n headlight cluster don't work ended up with a piece of garbage. now I have to have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party and send the paperwork back to the state to show their negligence. On the up side if they sell my car before all this happens they get to pay me what the car is worth. So says the state of Wisconsin.

I want to give a ZERO star rating but can't. This place sells junk, just check the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware.
