Honestly it is the worst banking with them. There online banking is always slow and always updating. So I can never see my account balance. When especially when you call them they are just the rudest people to talk to. Closed my account with them and now moving on to somewhere way way better.

To add to the below issues they have brought on with their sub-par (at best) systems upgrade, they chose to no longer allow any bills/loans/credit cards, etc be paid online through an outside financial institution. Why do you think I would continue to struggle through doing my credit card business with a company that won't allow me to pay from my checking account online? Closing accounts and moving on.

Having the same experience with online banking. Before the system "upgrade" I had no issues. I had to wait on hold for over an hour 10 days ago and still didn't get someone to talk to. Finally, when someone called me back and we got username and password set up, it's not working 10 days later. Of course it's Sunday (bill paying day) and I can't access my online account. A serious mess.

Absolutely terrible

Been with them for 13 years and over the last two years things have been getting worse. Since the merger they have had branches closed randomly and computer access is offline for days on end.

I kept getting locked out of the online account and it takes 24 hours to get back in. that is if they are not doing maintenance.

After the last computer upgrade they didnt apply my auto pay I had set up for several bills resulting in unpaid bills even though I set it up.

I went in and had a credit card payment issued to the credit card they issued us. 4 days later still no payment made. Turns out the payment was never made and now I have fees.

Dropping Citizens like a hot potato.

Closed our accounts and left.

Terrible.

I definitely agree their fee's...

I definitely agree their fee's are consistently going up to the point where I did close my account with them. There customer service standards aren’t very high either lately. I tried to talk to a customer care representative from there about being unaware of their fee's going up and my account being charged extra fee's for 6 months without my knowledge to try to resolve it best for me and them and the representative immediately became unprofessional and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she initially denied my request. I was appalled by that and was shocked that I was never returned my money even though the manager that I spoke to was much more professional I did end up closing my account due to these issues. The end result was their fees went up and they weren't willing to work with me and with the poor customer service I received it was better for me to bank elsewhere.

FEES ~ FEES ~ FEES

High and frequent fees. Low interest rates. Unfriendly services. High required balances. Many fees. Very unfriendly and many fees for a MEMBER OWNED CREDIT UNION
