I agree with the previous review. I come thru Oskaloosa 6 times a year and always stop at Big Ed's for lunch. The brisket is so good I have never tried any other entre. If you want the most moist, tender, flavorful and consistent brisket, this is the place to go. I would also recommend the red beans & rice as a side. This is not your ordinary version. It too has an explosion of flavors. Prices are reasonable also.

Big Ed's has the best BBQ. Their brisket is especially terrific - much better than Famous Dave's. Their ribs and pulled pork are very tasty also. We had Big Ed's brisket at our wedding and people absolutely loved it. Be sure and try Big Ed's on the south side of the square.
