Horrible customer service. They don't want to call my insurance company again to verify the CPAP will be covered. They got an answer back in December and that's the answer they are going with even though Insurance said otherwise yesterday. Will not use them again!

Worst, worst customer service I have ever encountered. People have no knowledge of product or procedures. Most people that answer phone don't know the answer or where your order is, they will transfer you over to another person. I finally found someone who know the business and helped me. That's after 5 other people and different phone calls, different days. Osseo site finally knew what was going on & Melissa was fantastic help!!

Never never never again! Lack of knowledge and customer service here.
