Provided by YP.comThey double bill and make many errors. They blindside you with absurd fees at the end of the project like paying for the workers toilet paper, or tips they gave out to someone to move furniture. They have zero and I mean, zero creative ideas. Simple project managers, do not go to them if you need real design help and are not quick to check bills over and over again.
We believe the client received extraordinary service and that the allegations against us are malicious. The project came out beautifully and to the client's satisfaction. We received absolutely no complaints through the job's completion, and we are in complete shock that we are hearing these complaints for the first time over six months after completion and in such a public forum! We finished the project on time, we kept strong communication with the client throughout the entire process, and all our estimates for purchases and subcontractors work were approved by the client prior to purchase or commitment. Budgets were updated continuously, and our e-mail trail is crystal clear that our office kept the client abreast of each and every charge since commencement of the project and that all of the charges were approved by the client. A simple internet search will reveal many positive reviews from numerous satisfied customers.
