What an awful place... The apartments are nice and the Super is awesome, but that's it. If you want something done, you have to make threats. Don't ever expect your calls to be returned... I called the regional property manager in June. On September 10th she finally returned my call. They are a complete rip off... $1900 a month for an apartment in Ossining? The only advantage is that they allow dogs of any size (but have a completely ignorant breed restriction policy). They will do whatever it takes to scam you out of money. They'll send these letters to your apartment that tell you that you owe money. It doesn't tell you what for, just that you owe money, and then they're shocked when you call to ask about it. I'm not sure where they found the property manager because he knows nothing about the business... he can't even add or use logic. I was more stressed out by my apartment then my job.

Overall, this place is trash, the staff is trash, they treat the grounds like trash... It got so bad we had to get out of our lease early. Just stay away.
