Absolute kindness for animals! With a full load of patients, they still managed to squeeze in some valuable time for an emergency visit to remove a fish hook from the beak of a chicken. Thanks so much to this team

Things have certainly gotten crazy since Covid!
I first took my 13 yr old cat into KAH for help to comfort her in her last days of life. We all know how hard it is to let go of loved ones. Dr. Lord was very helpful.
When my 2 Australian shepherds needed vaccinations I was able to get them in for shots within just a day. Living at the end of a dirt road, my pups dont have much human interaction. A doctors visit is something new for them both and Dr. Adams was very good with them.
Recently in August, one of my pups was limping. I called and was again able to get him in within just a day or 2!
While there, I stated I had recommended their services to a friend. They told me they are not accepting new patients at this time, yet they hoped to be able too as the covid scare settles down.
Why is that important? Because it means that all their current clientele will get the quality service we all are accustomed to, and love so much. No oversaturation of new clientele making getting appointments a long drawn out process. I was extremely pleased by this insight into limiting new clientele. For those of us lucky enough to be clients, our needed services will not be time restricted by a saturation of new patients.
I can’t praise the staff enough for making such a caring decision.

The staff at Kindness really live up to the name. Always pleasant and helpful. We love Dr. Lord, she's warm and friendly and great to have work with our dogs needs!

They do work with "kindness" here. They listen to your needs as well as letting you know what will be best for your "loved one".

All three of my "boys" (cats) have been carried for here. Also, all were de-clawed here.
