I made a mistake and gave this place star and it should be no stars. This is the worst place to have a party. They are very rude and not welcoming at all. I would never recommend bouncetown to anyone nor will we be going back there. Thumbs down!! Poor customer service.

Never had a problem with open bounce but let me warn you, DO NOT have your child's birthday party here! Worst expirience ever! Definetly not worth the money you spend at all! They say you have a party host but I was hosting the party and doing everything the girl was supposed to be doing. When things were out I had to go find the "host" and tell her to get whatever we needed! The pizza came late therefore throwing our party time off schedule and they had the nerve to rush us at the end when we werent done! Do yourself the favor and spend your money elsewhere! Its not cheap there and you dont get what you pay for for the birthday party. I thought I'd be stress free but this turned out to be the most stressful unorganized party!
