0 stars! His contract was scratch, refused to sign. Was reassured all we discussed would be covered and not to worry. This was a personal "referral". Changed prices & threats of "guys being pulled" if I didn't pay and "credits" only issued at the end, this "licensed contractor" walked out.Paid app. 60k at the time, he had 20k in it if that. Refused to purchase materials, constantly increased prices and my home torn up, & blamed me. He took all my money and left. Said I "refused to let him in" but that was a lie. Prepaid him, against my better judgment, but never dreamed I'd b scammed.Buyers beware. I am out thousands, no materials & a house half done.Check references. I'd be happy to elaborate further.

Not trustworthy, & worse, used out of code & dangerous materials in my home!Paid again to have it fixed.He exposed me to a potential fire.

Proceed with caution. As a single parent, this was my first home in 7 yrs & I'm left with a huge disaster. Not trustworthy or ever on the job.
