I reached out to Tom Fletcher on Sunday, July 1 regarding my a/c replacement. The units compressor was failing and I asked Tom for a quick appointment for a replacement unit. Tom immediately responded and offered me an appointment on Tuesday, July 3. Modern Air came in on the low end compared to four other estimates. Jesus was our Lead Service Technician and very informative during the process. Jesus ensured I was happy with the placement of the unit before he attached it to the ground. Throughout the process, Jesus was respectful and took off his shoes when he came inside and put down plenty of tarps. After finishing the job, Jesus made sure to address any questions I had before he left. Overall, the process was painless, and I have already recommended Modern Air Solutions to two neighbors and a colleague. I now understand why our neighbors continue to recommend Modern Air for all of their heating and cooling needs. Tom and Jesus, Thanks for a seamless process. I am looking forward to keeping a cool home for the remainder of the summer!

Tom, Tom, and Carl did a great job installing my new furnace and water heater, they had the old very large furnace and water heater out and the new ones in up and running in 6 hours. Its been 22 days now and no issues have come up. Thanks also to Jennifer for working on the rebates etc

I hired them to install a whole house humidifier. Tom provided excellent service, was punctual, efficient, and works clean. He was knowledgeable and polite. Pricing was nice.

They are very professional and thorough. Prompt, explained everything, even additional information provided. Cleaned up work area, worked effeciently. I would hight recommend them if you need Heating or Air Conditioning service/repair/replacement.

I didn't actually have him come to my house but he spent A LOT of time talking with me and my issues and gave me real solutions to try to troubleshoot my symptons before he comes out (if I need him to). He is the first person to ever do that and if I can't resolve this myself I'm going to for sure have him come out. I suggest anyone who is looking for a straight shooter to work with give Modern Air a call! He made me feel 1) like not such a home owner dork and 2) comfortable that I won't ruin my AC by running it in this heat wave! TOTALLY recommend!

Tom came out checked out our house and asked what I wanted to accomplish. He came up with a great system (Furnace & A.C. unit)that fit our needs. Excellent product and excellent serivce. Couldn' t be happier. I would recommend them to every and anyone.

Service Tom came out to check my furnace and air this spring not only was he fast and friendly but too extra time to go over everything he did. Modern Air Solutions bid on the contract for replacing two 5ton HVAC roof units. I had asked for recommedations for higher efficiency units, but Tom was the only one who did so. He came out to inspect our property, and made specific recommendations including wireless thermostats.He was the low bidder and was awarded the contract.The work was outstanding. He completed the work within our timeconstraints. Everything worked well. The crew cleaned up after themselves and the units look great.The work was so good that we awarded a contract for a third unit without requesting other bidders to submit.Couldn't be more pleased. (The 15EER units are QUIET!)
