lost faith in this place , sadly ... was trying to give them our business BUT they are NEVER open when the website says they should be. PLUS there are no hours of operation posted on the door ! Just got a flyer 1 month ago with the hours stated ..... went there at 11 am & guess what lights out ... VERY DISAPPOINTED : ((((((

4.10.15 (Friday) My family & I went to this establishment @8:20pm ((Closing Time is Listed for 9:00pm)) There were several other tables seated, as well as others waiting for "to go" orders, 2 woman to be precise. My son and I were looking at the menu deciding on what to order (burger or gyro??) When all of the sudden the guy from the counter yells "WERE CLOSED!!!" My family & I were shocked! Like what?! Confused to say the least. We asked WHY? Sign clearly states that their open till 9:00pm There was NO explanation given of why we weren't being served. As we were walking out, the woman who were waiting for their orders started telling us "YOU DON'T WANT TO EAT HERE!!" Still dazed & confused as to why we weren't being served, we LEFT!! Obviously. So Please DO NOT give these people our Business. They treated not only US but other PATRONS as well like CRAP! We ended up going to Nicky's on Route 59 They were GREAT!!

Its so awesome to have such a good Chicago Style Shop in the burbs. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, & great Chicago food. If you're in the Oswego area Mr. Beef & Gyros is a must check out must

I have .not found a sandwich shop that great anywhere !! I suggest if you have time stop in. Everyone is so nice you feel like your at home. Its worth the time to stop in once and you will be hooked.

Such good Gyros they should change their name to Mr Gyros and Beef. Great service. Definitely worth my 40 minute ride, I do it once or twice a week.

I grew up in the city and i know a good gyros, this one hits the spot! The fries are great to and so is the rest of the menu, what i have tried. Very friendly owner he remembers us whenever we get a chance to stop in. I have no problem driving the 15 min. there to get their food!
