Very quick and prompt service. Everyone is always super nice and appear to enjoy their job!

I've been to many Starbucks shops throughout the country, but the Oswego location hands down is the friendliest of them all. The staff as a whole create a warm atmosphere for patrons, and it's amazing how the staff knows so many names of the customers as they enter the store. To me, that says alot about professionalism in the workplace.

They represent the Starbucks name to the highest level!

Although the coffee tastes great, the price is really astronomical and a waste of money, since you can get the same great taste at McDonalds, or even BP, or some of the other smaller local coffee shops. Get it right.

It really is a shame that instead of offering better service and lower prices, you choose to sacrifice customers for money. In the end, this will put you out of the market, and increase dividends for Meijers employees.

This business missed judged their target consumer. Prices are astronomical, you need to be competitive. They advertise "loss leaders" to get you into the store than jack up everything else to make up the loss. To much "foo-foo" and to little emphasis on the consumer and their wants. It is no accident that many of the stores are shuttering. You have to stay true to your consumer and study your demographics to determine what items to carry. This is an example of trying to convert and up sell without doing your homework.
