I walked in the door one time and walked right back out it was disgusting..... door wide open, computer graveyard right in front if the window next to prep area, floor looked like it never gets mopped. From the way it looks from the parking lot I can't believe they haven't been shut down you can see the dirt from your car!!!!!

Have a feeling either the bad reviews are from someone working for a competitor of Windy City or with some sort of ax to grind because everything they say is, to say the least, untrue! They pizza is always fantastic and the staff friendly and happy. The drivers are very efficient and courteous no matter how nasty the weather. As one of their many regular customers, I can tell you that we keep coming back because it is sooooo good and they are always so nice. Delicious, piping hot pizza with plenty of toppings delivered quickly and with a smile!!! The parking at the mall leaves a lot to be desired but I doubt Windy City had anything at all to do with the poor planning so get a grip folks. Drive carefully and live to enjoy a great pizza or go somewhere else, please.

stopped here to pick up my pizza last nightparking lot very busy, this mall is a great example of very poor urban planningto make things worse, the two parking spaces in front of this place is ALWAYS occupied by pizza delivery driversfood was not very good, plenty of competitors in area
