This guy was a total disappointment; I had to call another service because his knowledge of refrigeration was elementary. We were told it would be a $300 fix but called a different appliance repair company and were told it was the fan and he saved us $250.
I would not do any business with AA Cass. He’s arrogant, unprofessional and does not return your calls in a punctual time.

They sent an un-uniformed dirty looking man named JIMMY in his personal truck to work at my house, which would have been no problem if he was sane. This man was extremely rude and when asked to be considerate he went off cursing at me, trying to fight me (putting his hands on me), and threatening me with a screwdriver. I asked him to leave the property and he went to his truck to find something else to use as a weapon, all while yelling lies to my neighbor about fallacious drug use. The situation was only resolved by my landlord and his Superior making him leave. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their employee JIMMY is clearly un-well and using chemicals.
