I decided to go into this store searching for a electronic cigarette kit and boy what a mistake. I received the kit on Tuesday 10/23/12, I returned home and charged the e cigg for a couple of hours. once charged I tried the first cartridge which sucked extremely hard and was un smoke-able.. ok no biggie, I move onto the second one, it sucked extremely freely and produced no vapor... starting to feel ripped off I moved onto the menthol cartridges only to find they produced a minimal amount of vapor and nicotine instead of the 300 puffs high nicotine 1.8 milligrams that they clam on the package. I have a lot of experience with e ciggs inside and out and I am certain they are refilling the cartridges themselves to reap in 150% profit... I promptly returned to the store within 3 hours with the completely defective product and was confronted by extremely rude staff that did not seem to know me anymore after the sale..they replaced my product with another defective product after the owner of the store came down and literally laughed at me from afar obviously too pampered to deal with her own issues while i displayed my anger of a defective product from her store. after nobody wanted to try my defective product you probably wouldn t want to if you know what kind of shady stuff you are doing to begin with I asked her if she knew anything about consumer rites or the federal trades commission and her response was go ahead and try your not going to get anywhere with a laugh ask yourself if you get a body piercing and these guys mess up what kind of response you will get.... sorry no refunds or maybe go ahead and try to take action against me it wont get you anywhere. that s your customer service at bodified. bottom line it is 10/25/12 the replacement kit they gave me and all cartridges are dead.....3 packs a cartridge, not even close..... the kit comes with 4 which means I smoked 12 packs of cigarettes in 2 days....take your shady business and crooked customer service polices elsewhere pot shop.
