Ordered a car for 3-days through Enterprise while my girlfriend's car was getting repairs done so she could have something to drive for work. Received a confirmation/ reservation number and was advised that a car would be ready. Dropped off my girlfriend this morning and nothing was in the parking lot. A little weary, she walks in to find that they don't have anything available. They aren't really sure when a car will become available but "we can keep checking back". What is the point of confirming a reservation (or even allowing someone to make a reservation in the 1st place) if there won't be any cars available on the confirmed pick-up date and time????? Ridiculous. A complete inconvenience to my family. VERY disappointed with Enterprise. Don't do it!!
