My dog, a "returning customer", was due for some grooming, so I called the Motel to get an idea of how much the services I was seeking would cost. Amazingly, I was greeted with frustration, attitude and negativity on the part of the owner and subordinate staff. They stammered in their answers, seemed frustrated, and were reluctant to assist me, ultimately hanging up. What should have been a relatively easy inquiry was unnecessarily complicated. Perhaps they were having a really bad day, but they have now lost a customer. What also upset me about this business is the fact that this was where I picked up my very first pet. Happily, I phoned a second groomer, who handily gave me the information I was seeking. No more Jekyll and Hyde service from K-9, I have bid them adieu.
