I enjoy shopping in a smaller grocery store and because it is convient to where I live. Some days it is too tiring to walk for miles around the larger grocery in town.I want to buy what I came in for and get out. I dont like to have to look for the product for hours, till I locate it.

The potatoes & onions are consistantly rotten, many of the goods expiration dates have expired weeks ago, this has also been brought to the attention of store personel, the comment was, and I quote,( if you don't like it go to Price Chopper.) this is the mindset of a business that thinks because they are the only west side market that they can write their own ticket! They need to pay much more attention to freshness & their absorbinet prices ( and ignorent personel) than their bottom line, because in small cities like this, bad publicity spreads quickly!!!! Shoppers, if you want freshness, polite personel, do not shop at Pauls BigM !!
