Provided by YP.comI have had two dog-loves of my life (one past and current)..and both have spent time with the "Hot Dippity" family. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and personal/pet experience. My dog (who is not a fan of grooming) cannot wait to go see Shelly & Ann. I am always asked/counseled about what kind of cut for the time of year etc. My dogs' well-being is foremost on their mind. They use special allergy shampoo to make his skin comfortable, know about ear issues, and dryer issues..and yet, made it so he is/was happy to walk into their facility each time. It is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are in the market for a new dog groomer..someone who really cares..this is the place, bar none! I can honestly say, I will never take any “furry family member” to anyone else.

Provided by YP.comI have been going to hot dipity dog since 2005. I have never had a bad experience in fact they have help me through a lot of things. I had a dog with sensitive skin, and other issues. They bought special shampoo for her!! Both Ann and Shelley are extremely professional and I've never had bad service there. I have an Aussie now who hates water and when we go they work with her and are so patient . She always turns out fantastic! I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

Provided by YP.comNormally not one to complain about an experience on Facebook, but something must be said. We took our little Bentley (shihtzu/bischon) into Hot Dippity Dog for his first haircut. We were trying to support the local economy as they are right down in Otis Orchards. The blatant disrespect and attitude from the people who RUN this business was unbelievable. While dropping off Bentley he was nervous and the woman working there grabbed him and started to pet him (somewhat calming for him.) Then we started to discuss what our options were for his haircut (as I have never had a dog that needs grooming and am inexperienced, but not an idiot.) While we discussed different haircuts we did not feel welcomed. Against my conscious, we dropped him off to come back an hour later to pick him up. At this point, Jessica had gone to get him by herself because I had other engagements. While she went there with cash in hand to pay them, she was also treated with attitude. His haircut is atrocious and we were told that he was good 3/4 of the time but didn't like cut around his face (understandable.) Then Jessica was lectured in an innappropriate manner. But the whole time, we were treated as lessers and patronised of our education of grooming.
Since coming home, Bentley is acting extremely weird and not himself. Not wagging his tail, even around his brothers, who he plays with often and after 3 hours of being with him he is finally warming up to them again. It is also apparent they did not give him a wash after his cut.
I sure hope they weren't mean to him, but that is something I will never know.
We will definitely be driving the extra 10 miles to get him a haircut elsewhere.
