I have boarded my dog here for many years without any difficulty. The nuns have been very nice and followed my instructions about feeding, bedding, etc. One nun even offered to sleep with my dog! I do take my dog’s favorite toys and blankets. My dog especially likes to look out the big window of her kennel room!

Went there with a friend to drop off her dog. She had visited previously and had a reservation. Was told to arrive at 10, when mass ends. We drove an hour and a half and arrived promptly at 10. All of the sisters were gone. The one stray lady that stayed behind was clueless, and let us know the dogs were "not her job." She later told us the nuns were at a funeral and might be back around 2:30. She also said they would be busy with a burial and mass the following day. Hmmmmm. So who is socializing the dogs and letting tbem out four times a day. Bad vibes, bad business. We loaded the dog back up in the car and drove over another hour and a half. Fortunately, the posh Bed & Biscuits in Arundel welcomed us and provided a nice private suite with a real bed. (As opposed to the stark gray concrete floor with bars between the kennels. The only stimulation was barking dogs. (They probably needed to pee!) Fortunately, my friend was able to get off to Hawaii on time, knowing her dog was safe in the comforts of Bed & Biscuits!
