Purchased gun online arived dented and scratched owner offered partial refund less shipping WTH?

The other people are crazy! This place is fantastic! The staff was very nice and helpful. I'm a woman and I don't know a tun about shooting or guns but wanted to learn. I took the CPL class here and bought my first gun. They treated me very respectful and made me feel better about not knowing very much about the guns. I would recommend the Gun Barn to anyone looking to buy a gun or take the CPL class. Which by the way only lasted one day for just $100 and it was taught by a police officer. Very upstanding business.

On 3/2/13 I bought a Glock model 22 at the Otisville Gun Barn. When I got home I found it was incomplete and only had 1 mag in it. I called the Otisville Gun Barn back immediately and was lied to. At first I was told that's how all their guns come from the factory and there was nothing they could do. When I called back a second time and spoke to a different sales man they told me the tag list 2 mags also and wasn't sure why it didn't have it. When I was forwarded back to the original guy he told me I must of misunderstood the second guy and stated there was nothing they could do and if I wasn't happy they would buy it back for 60% of Its value! It seems as if they are pulling the extra clips and selling them!
