These people are very rude, unprofessional, they have no idea what they are doing. They scratched up my $600 rims on my car and on top of that made me pay for extra labor because they couldn't do there job correctly. Don't let there cheep prices fool you. Go pay they extra money at bell tire great service and people there.

Me and most my family has went there for years I love knowing I'll get honest answers,fast service,and the best prices I can find out there. They was never rude just very busy. No they don't chat much or kiss up to people they just do their job, and do it right. That's what I like in a business.

I see a pattern in previous. These reviews all that say that this business has terrible customer service and I would totally agree. They have a tire service as well as sell guns and ammo. I have given them the benefit of the doubt on a couple occasions and returned to give them a couple opportunities to redeem themselves. However, they continue to fail miserably. All the "gentleman" behind the counter all have made me feel like I'm an inconvenience and there is a total disinterest in answering questions about their products. I believe in supporting local business and try to make purchases of guns and ammo from places like this as they have a lot to offer that big box stores cannot. However, if you want to feel like a valued customer then this is not the place. Must be the good ole boys club of locals that somehow keeps them in business because they are a terrible business.

Never going to Schanz Tire again. Terrible service and everyone was very rude. I do not know how they are still in business..
