They did o a good job on the manicure and pedicure. The customer service is very poor. Only one person in the salon spoke English; that makes it very hard to communicate with them. The very young nail technicians acted childish, they talked among them in their language and kept laughing. I had the impression they were talking about us, the customers. One of the male workers walked my purse to the dryer, so I had to follow it to find out the dryer was off, I mentioned it and no one turned it on for me and the other girl that was there. So we had to imagine it was on. I left very disappointed, I don't think I'll be returning to Deluxe Nail & Spa.
