My financ'e and I purchased a 2003 ford Focus from Duffy's on Feb. 16th 2009. When we were looking at cars we told our dealer we were expecting and looking for a safe and reliable vehicle. After test driving the Focus we were satisfied with the way the car ran and purchased it. Little did we know that there were several hidden problems with the car. after several problems we called the dealership to find out what we could do since we had only had the car for 5 months. they told us to come in and they would let us trade the car in for just about that we paid for it. we drove all the way over the dealership with the problems for them to tell us they would only give us a fraction of what we paid for it and their was nothing else they could do. they have jerked us around, and left us with a vehicle that isnt even safe for adults to ride in let alone and infant. I would not recomend them to my worst enemy!
