My kids school pictures are horrible! The photos are completely whitewashed. I was missing photos (which was a known issue with the packages I ordered) and new ones were mailed. The mailed photos were damaged and returned to the company. I only received photos back for one of my two children and am still to this day missing the 8x10 of my other child (over a month later). What a joke. If my school district uses this company again next year there isn't a chance in hell I'm ordering from them.

Not impressed with this company at all. My sons confirmation class has been given a one hour window for photographs which won't work for our family. I attempted to set up an alternative photo session and was told I could go to Naperville and pay $75 for a family session so that he could be included with his class! I offered to bring the gown and bouteniere and go to another school so that he could be included. Nope! Big enough company and yet small enough to know their customers by name says their website. When did they stop caring!
