we live in marseille, and have to drive, all those miles to go grocery shopping every 2 weeks or so. when we go there, sure the prices are good,but the staff are horrible. For instance. It was 8:30pm, and we where at the deli asking for some fresh chicken strips the girl said no ,she cant make them. after a certain time they cant do it, so my husband was arguing back and fourth. you stay there and cook or do whatever until its time to close. thats the first time. the second time my husband actually found a person which wasent the manager,and told the girl to make him the food, no matter what her " boss " said!. The point of it, is she was LAZY and just wanted to go home. secondly, MY husband wanted to by beer,now him, me and my kids were with us. They wanted an id, from him , and me, before we can buy the beer as if im going to drink it . the girl said she had to ask for an id for whoever is with us, so what our kids needed an id too. so we left our grocerys there and walked out. when we wanted to get ahold of a manager , they are never around to help the customers. I heard one person say they are too afraid to hear what the customers want to say or just dont care!. last but not least. When we first started going there, we were on WIC. now they give you a paper that says what you can pick out from what the WIC office approves you for, such as cereal, milk , bread, juice, peanut butter. everytime we went there even though the workers from the place helped us, the bread, cereal , or juice was never right. and we had to go back 3 times once. so , we gave up on using wic at walmart. It was horrible. Oh , not to mention sometimes they have only 1-2 lanes open with tons of people standing in line and them not doing anything . Ive seen people leave their carts and walk out!! I sugest that walmart needs so much inprovement. personally i wanted to go to the BBB , and the next time i have to go through such crap as i do sometimes I will go to the BBB, walmart, and kroger are the only shopping places we can afford,and drive to when our car works, so they should get there things straight, and earn their stars,and not be so rude. The deli, and the people at the registers are rude as hell!!!! no help what so ever. they act as if we are bothering them for buying food from there and making walmart money.. pshht!
