I called for a repair on a refrigerator I purchased there; it was leaking water again and the icemaker quit. When the repairman came he did not have the icemaker I needed. He told me to order it, I did, UPS delivered it in a couple of days. He suggested I prepay for the repair$308.00.He told me they would credit back to my Sears account if I cancelled the appointment. I did cancel the repair service and had a local repairman show my husband how to install it. That was Oct. 30th 2018 and Sears has refused to credit my Sears account. Today is @/18/2019 and I am still trying to get my account credited $211.04, plus they may be charging me late fees for their error.
