I live in Melvern, KS UPS out of Ottawa, KS. On 09/10/15 the driver "delivered' a parcel to my home. This parcel contained medication from a home delivery pharmacy. I receive two to three UPS parcels weekly. This P/T diver has delivered once before and came through my gate unannounced, marked "beware of dog" my Papillion nipped his leg. I informed him of the posted sign, the enclosed gate and the door bell at the gate. on his return 09/10/15 this driver threw my sons medication on the ground three times attempting to get it over the fence. His behavior was rude and unbecoming. I informed him not to handle my parcels in that fashion. His reply was " If you control your dogs I will". My dogs were within the fence and I had the doorbell on the outer gate to alert me. I ask him for his supervisors name and number, his response was to drive off. This driver needs to obtain a job under direct supervision. He is not capable of self-control out among the public.
