Human medical doctors will also ask you to take your business elsewhere if you miss appointments or refuse to follow their advice. The customer is NOT always right. We have had nothing but good experiences with Durham Valley and they allow us to provide only as much care as we can afford (I left the vet around the corner because they refused to just spay and give rabies shots to some stray cats we adopted, they would only treat them if we spent hundreds of dollars on other tests and vaccines which we couldn't afford to do). The vets and staff at DV are always caring.

Although reasonable pricing you don't get the proper care. The doctor was in and out of the exam room. He didn't even spend all of 5 minutes with my pet. Not only that the girl who checked me out was very rude, and uncaring. Will NEVER go back!!
